In the afternoon, a fine selection of New Year’s Eve gourmet appetizers awaits you – seven small, hand-prepared dishes that will whet your appetite and mark the beginning of an enjoyable evening. In the evening, the kitchen team will serve a festive 8-course menu with amuse-bouche, accompanied by a glass of champagne and a midnight snack – a culinary highlight that bids a stylish farewell to the old year and welcomes the new one with taste.
