When Alpine cooking tradition meets refined craftsmanship, the result is an experience that goes beyond culinary enjoyment. At the Chef’s Table at Winterstellgut, we invite you to take a seat where there is usually only shop talk: at the regulars’ table right by the kitchen, at the source of flavour.
What you can expect?
A finely composed 8-course menu full of regional flavors, memories and stories. The evening begins with an aperitif in the kitchen – accompanied by an Inspiring presentation of the shopping basket by our chef – the conversation flows, as do the courses. For each course, you will learn the story behind the dish, here and there even the craft: for example, carving is done directly at the table – approachable, sensual, genuine.
And if you wish, the sommelier can round off the experience with a perfectly matched wine pairing.

On Wednesday and Thursday you can enjoy this time-out from € 180 per room and night, on Friday from € 240 per room and night.
