Seminar farmer Monika Schachner will guide you through this valuable ritual in four hours with an experienced hand. Feel the dough, inhale the hearty aroma of the rising bread, hear the crackling of the flames, see the golden-brown crust that the heat of the oven unfolds and taste the unique, full-bodied flavour of the finished bread.

In between, we’ll take a break for coffee and cake, giving you the opportunity to exchange ideas and draw on Monika’s in-depth knowledge.
