Experience the spring awakening in all its blossom splendour in Ausseerland at Austria’s largest flower festival! From 30 May to 2 June 2024, the daffodil festival at Grundlsee will impress you, nestled in the breathtaking landscape between the Dachstein, Loser and the Totes Gebirge mountains.

The main attraction of the festival are the beautiful daffodil figures, which take days to make and can be admired both on land and on the water in Grundlsee on 2 June 2024. An Inspiring festival for the senses awaits you on the festival Sunday from 9 am with a varied programme of daffodil figures, music, dance and regional delicacies. At 2 pm, the boat parades on Grundlsee will take to the water before the winners of the year, selected by the jury according to various criteria, are announced at 3 pm – the glamorous highlight of the Daffodil Festival.

Be enchanted by the beauty of this typical regional flower and stay for a few days. You can enjoy this wonderful event from the front row as part of the daffodil package from the Seehotel Grundlsee. Places are limited – early booking is recommended.
