It is necessary to upload your CV so that you can send us your application. However, we are also happy to receive further documents such as letters of recommendation, projects
or certificates to find out more about you in advance.

As you can see in our application menu, our application process is divided into several stages:

• Everything starts with the online application, i.e. the upload of your application documents. You will then receive confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted.
• This is followed by the first contact: We know that our employees are the most important ingredient in our recipe for success. That’s why we carefully review every application
  and get back to you with feedback as soon as possible.
• The next step is getting to know each other, which involves 1 – 3 interviews depending on the position, possibly also a trial day, the assignment for a case study or similar.
• The final feedback means: offer or rejection, whereby a rejection should not be seen as a criticism of your skills, because it is often small details that are decisive in the application process.

You can generally expect an interview to take about an hour. Depending on the exchange, the dynamics of the conversation and the complexity of the position, an interview may take a little longer.
We want to make sure that all important questions are clarified on both sides and that we can get to know each other well.

Depending on the position, the direct line manager, the HR contact person and sometimes also a team member or another manager may be present at the interview.

Clothes make the man. It’s best to choose something that you feel comfortable in and that suits the situation or position, but don’t forget: Clothing or, in general, the external appearance is an expression of professionalism and appreciation towards the working environment, guests and colleagues.

Depending on your position, TAUROA will provide you with high-quality uniforms for your work.

If we have arranged an online application interview, this will take place with MS Teams. You will find all the necessary information in the appointment confirmation.
A little tip: Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet (and professional 😊) environment, ideally you should test in advance whether you can get started.

No, the rejection only relates to the specific position. We provide separate feedback for each position, so if you have not yet received an acceptance or rejection for an application, you are still in the application process for this position.

Our official company language is German and knowledge of German is also a prerequisite for most jobs.
