When you visit us, you can truly taste your homeland. The regional origin of the food and the consideration of seasonality are just as important as species-appropriate husbandry and the fulfilment of the highest quality standards.
Every product is carefully selected and its origin is precisely known: for example, the traditional goat’s cheese from the region or the local char from our own Ausseerland fishery. We get the herbs we use to flavour everything directly from our own herb garden next to the house. Here you can taste nature – in all its power.
