With a rich gourmet breakfast, you can start the day with regional delicacies. As a special highlight for every occasion, we are also happy to serve our culinary pampering programme at the crack of dawn on request on the Plätte, the traditional wooden boat of the region.

With our Aperitif Plätt’n, you can enjoy your aperitif gently rocking as you glide almost silently across the picturesque lake. With delicious cold appetisers, including the classic marinated char, sparkling drinks and unforgettable impressions and views over the water into the beautiful mountain world, the Apertif-Plätt’n is an experience for all the senses.
