The Swiss stone pine, known as the “Queen of the Alps,” is especially found in the forest-rich mountainous regions of Styria. It withstands wind and weather at altitudes of up to 2,500 meters and can live for up to 1,000 years. Therefore, it is only natural to attribute positive effects to it on human well-being as well. The tree contains an essential oil whose fragrance and healing power have a strong impact on the body. It helps to lower the pulse, promotes healthy sleep, and provides deep, vegetative relaxation.
