Starting with a sparkling welcome and a Grundlsee fish snack in the restaurant with a view over the lake into the mountains, the next day you can look forward to a guided hike in the unique natural scenery of the region and insights into fish farming. The boat trip on a lovingly restored ship of the Grundlsee shipping fleet on the Grundlsee and further on with the Plätt'n, the traditional wooden boat of the region on the Toplitzsee, reveal secrets of the scenery that are invisible from the shore. The crowning finale is the 4-course char menu, where your self-pickled char is part of the composition.

Thursday - Arrival day: Your experience begins with a sparkling welcome drink and a Grundlsee fish snack to get you in the mood for days full of impressions, relaxation and enjoyment.
Friday - A day for explorers: After a relaxed breakfast, our host Gregor will be your hiking guide and accompanies you to the hidden treasures of Ausseerland. Discover the secrets of fish farming on an exclusive guided tour to the Ausseerland fishing hatchery. But that's not all - under the guidance of our chef, you will pickle the catch of the day, the tender char, yourself and prepare a piece of Aussee tradition with your own hands. In the evening, a 3-course dinner awaits you at the Seehotel Grundlsee.
Saturday - On the water: On the MS Traun, a faithfully restored ship from the Grundlsee shipping fleet, you will glide gently across the lake and learn interesting facts about the spawning grounds of the fish. Then continue with a Plätt'n trip on the mystical Lake Toplitz. Back at the hotel, you crown the day with a 4-course char dinner. Your self-pickled char will be part of the composition.
Sunday - Farewell: With a cornucopia of memories and the gentle lapping of the lake in your ears, you start your journey home. This weekend will be more than just a trip - it will be a memory that lasts.
