About Sandra König
“I am a radio presenter and yoga teacher by passion. Radio is loud, cheerful, exciting, informative, a hit. Yoga gives me peace, strength, and serenity. More information
Sandra has been at home in radio and television for over 20 years. After studying journalism and communication science, she started her career in private radio—including at 88.6, Radio Energy, and 92.9 hitfm. This was followed by five years as a presenter on ATV sports news before she moved to Hitradio Ö3 in 2007. There, she shaped the Ö3 alarm clock and the Ö3 weekend playlist for 15 years and was also a regular guest on ORF television—for example, on the yoga magazine, Lifeball, Licht ins Dunkel, Helden von Morgen, and Starmania.
For many years, Sandra has been hosting events of all sizes, from exclusive corporate events to the main stage of the Danube Island Festival. She stands confidently in front of thousands of people, but prefers to find her balance on the yoga mat.
Sandra is a certified yoga teacher: “My classes are physically demanding, but also incredibly relaxing. I combine elements from different yoga styles such as power yoga, Ashtanga, Forrest Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow to guide you through my classes, which are always different, always exciting, always entertaining, and above all, always efficient.”
Sandra’s first book was published in December 2020. “Good morning, life. Your morning routine. Your yoga. Your perfect start to the day.” Her second work, “On your marks, smile, go. More energy for everything you love,” followed in January 2022, and in the summer of 2024, she published “Pyjama Secrets. Evening routines and feel-good rituals for good
