Franziska Dorn, experienced yoga teacher and activity host, will accompany you on this retreat. Franziska completed her training in India and has deepened her practice over many years.</p

Her journey to yoga began over a decade ago, when she first consciously experienced the transformative power of this millennia-old teaching. Inspired by her teacher in Salzburg, she delved deeper into the world of yoga and eventually trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, the spiritual centre of India. There she expanded her knowledge of traditional practices such as pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy and hatha and ashtanga vinyasa yoga. Her experience has shown her that yoga goes far beyond physical movement – it is a journey to greater mindfulness, inner balance and self-determination. She passes on these insights with great passion in her courses.</p
