Our culinary calendar invites you to rediscover the seasons with all your senses. Each month, a seasonal theme takes centre stage – from mushrooms to game, asparagus and summer fruits to street food from around the world. The menus at Schloss Gabelhofen are a tribute to nature and the region, freshly interpreted and served with a fine sense of flavours, textures and moods.

In addition to the individual delicacies on the menu, head chef Alexander Thiele and his team create exclusive tasting menus with – if you wish – perfectly matched wine pairings:

  • July | Street Food Around the World
    The world is our guest at the castle: fiery flavors, exotic ingredients, and creative dishes – inspired by the food stalls of Asia, the markets of Latin America, and the street style of Europe. World cuisine, served in style.
  • August | Holiday cuisine
    A menu like a journey to the most beautiful holiday destinations: Italy, Greece, Spain, and more are represented in authentic, aromatic dishes. A summer holiday for the palate.
