“Full-bodied, velvety nose, complex aromas, unforgettable finishes!” Let the passion and expertise of our sommelier Patrick Leger guide you through the experience of a wine tasting and join him on a journey of flavours and nuances as you discover and enjoy three carefully selected wines.
Now available in the Steirerschlössl wine cellar on the first Thursday of every month, starting on 2 January 2025. The tasting is an experience for wine connoisseurs, but also for newcomers to this fascinating world of the senses and a wonderful opportunity for informal shop talk. Head Sommelier Patrick Leger
You can sense our sommelier and maître Patrick Leger’s enthusiasm for wine from the moment you meet him. Born in Styria, he is an award-winning “Austrian sommelier” and trained catering specialist who carefully curates our extensive wine book with more than 500 items.
In our historic vaulted cellar, under the supervision of our sommelier and under the best climatic conditions, we store around 5,000 bouquets, mainly from Styria, Austria and Europe, including renowned wines from Italy and Burgundy. Every wine on our list is a testament to Patrick Leger’s love of the wine world and his enthusiasm for offering you the highest quality and enjoyment.
