Easter menu on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday
High above the Lammertal valley, the breathtaking backdrop of mountain and valley shines in the spring sun and the kitchen at Winterstellgut smells of the festive season. For the Easter menu, chef Florian Huber combines the incomparably flavourful messengers of spring with the traditional Easter fawn and a creative interpretation of an Easter egg, promising a culinary experience for the whole family in four courses.
