Italy full of flavour and joie de vivre directly at the Red Bull Ring
When the scent of fresh basil wafts through the air, crispy, fruity crostini meet velvety burrata and a glass of Pinot Grigio glistens in the sun – then it’s time: the Dolce Vita makes a stop at our restaurant in Spielberg for three enjoyable days.
Our kitchen will be transformed into a culinary homage to Italy – with a specially created à la carte menu that is full of sunshine and the Mediterranean way of life.
Look forward to classics with sophistication – from creamy Vitello Tonnato to fine saltimbocca of Arctic char to pasta “aglio e olio” or rock prawns. Tempting desserts such as strawberry tiramisu or panna cotta with raspberry jelly round off this delicious trip to Bella Italia.
