When award-winning chef Martin Steinkellner invites you to dine, cuisine becomes an art form. His six-course gourmet menu tells stories of origin, craftsmanship and dedication – each dish a small masterpiece that whets your appetite for the next bite.

These are accompanied by wines from the Kollwentz winery, grown in the vineyards of the Leitha Mountains – full of character, excitement and elegance. They are not mere accompaniments, but equal players in this interplay of flavours.

The atmosphere of the restaurant envelops the evening in quiet nobility – flickering lights, the clinking of glasses, a feeling of timelessness.
