Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent – and is also a special moment for conscious enjoyment. We invite you to spend this evening in a relaxed atmosphere with us at Schönberghof Spielberg with a view of the Red Bull Ring.

You can look forward to a fish and seafood buffet, complemented by fine alternatives without fish. The kitchen team led by head chef Roland Reuss takes up the tradition of Ash Wednesday and interprets it in a contemporary Styrian way – with a focus on quality, balance and genuine flavour.
