Start your Easter day with a breakfast that deliciously combines tradition and spring freshness.

Our extensive breakfast buffet is complemented by delicious Easter specialties during the holidays—from fragrant Easter bread to selected Easter cold cuts from the Seetaler butcher shop to fresh spring accents. We also serve oven-fresh pastries and regional delicacies in the stylish ambience of our Art Nouveau building.

Easter menu

April 5–6, 2026 | 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

On Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, we will be serving a festive 3- or 4-course menu from Martin Steinkellner’s kitchen. The focus will be on finely balanced compositions based on Seetal pasture-raised lamb – accompanied by fresh accents of spring.

The Easter Bunny has a lovely surprise in store for our younger guests, ensuring that even the youngest visitors will have a special treat.
